Terms and conditions

We require full payment upfront to secure your booking and schedule your design project. Once payment is then received, you will get a confirmation message on starting your design order. Your invoice will be sent to you via email once we have received your design brief and contract agreement.

There is a 2-4 week time frame applied to all branding packages. Any project that has been extended due to the lack of communication from clients will then require an additional cost on top of the original price.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once making a booking. Due to the time and effort put into each design project which requires a lot of dedication and passion towards each design.

Each client requires doing a final check over all information before sending to print to confirm that there are no mistakes. I am a graphic designer not a copy writer so please make sure you have triple check over all your information before sending it to print. Any additional changes after prints have been sent off will require an additional charge to cover printing costs.

You consent the rights for Ursich Designs to use images and videos of all new designs and prints for marketing purposes.
